AXIS Senior Collection

My senior collection, Axis: The Balance Between Two Aesthetics, is a ready-to-wear collection positioned at the intersection of high-end design and accessibility, created to feel elevated while remaining attainable for the middle class. It explores the tension between maximalism and simplicity. Inspired by unconventional, expressive design alongside the refined clarity and innovative silhouettes often seen in Japanese fashion, the collection merges dramatic detailing with clean structure. I love the simplicity of garments enhanced by intentional details that make each piece distinctive. The result is a series of elevated womenswear pieces that do not shy away from being gender inclusive, designed for anyone who connects with the balance of boldness and control. Growing up between cultures shaped my creative perspective and strengthened my appreciation for contrast, bold expression, and balance. This collection became an exploration of duality, allowing two seemingly opposing aesthetics to coexist without diminishing one another, but instead strengthening the overall composition.
